Terms of sale
By placing an order through the Kubi.co.uk website, you agree to enter into a contract subject to the following terms and conditions of sale.  All orders are subject to availability, confirmation of order price, and fraud screening.

Dispatch times vary between products, manufacturers and stock holding locations.  We will endeavour to notify you, by email, as soon as possible if we are made aware of any delays.  For further information on delivery times please refer to our Delivery Information page.  All delivery times quoted are estimates only and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.

Upon receipt of your order (or Pre-order), your payment card will be charged in full as deposit against goods purchased.  Should any problems arise after this period, including but not limited to; failure during fraud screening, stock availability issues, delivery address problems, or that we are unable to contact you with regards to such a problem then a full refund will be given in accordance with our standard refund policy.

Discount Restrictions
Occasionally we may elect to offer promotional codes which may be redeemed against purchases in the form of a discount. Regrettably, we are unable to offer any such discounts on items purchased from the following brands; PMC and ZUCA.

Website accuracy
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all photographs, descriptions, prices, measurements, and availability on our website, errors may occur.  If we discover any such errors relating to goods which you may have ordered (or Pre-ordered), we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to reconfirm your order.  If we are unable to contact you, then your order will be refunded in full in accordance with our standard refund policy.
