Returns & Refunds

Cancelling your order
Under the Distance Selling Regulation of the United Kingdom you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from the Kubi.co.uk website for a full refund.  If you need to cancel your order then please use the contact us form, quoting your order reference number.  If your order has already been dispatched then you will need to return the order in accordance with our standard returns policy outlined below.

Returning an unsuitable item
Whilst we are confident you will be happy with your purchase, if you do change your mind or if you are not entirely satisfied, then please use the contact us form quoting your order number and the reason for return.  Once the return is authorised, you will be issued with a returns number and return address which will need to be included on the outer packaging.  All goods must be in their original re-saleable condition, complete with original packaging and must be returned no later than 30 days after receipt for a refund, or 90 days for an exchange. When returning unwanted items, please ensure you include all free gifts that were originally supplied. Missing or incomplete free gifts will be deducted from your refund at current sale prices.

All return goods are your responsibility until they reach the return address.  For your protection, please ensure a suitable delivery service is used with adequate insurance.  Our recommended service provider is www.parcel2go.co.uk - It is your responsibility to pay for any charges incurred through the return of unsuitable goods.

Faulty goods / Items received in error
At Kubi we endeavour to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect working condition.  In the unlikely event that you should receive faulty or incorrect goods, then please contact us within 7 working days of receipt.  We will then arrange for a FREE collection and redelivery to be made as soon as possible, at your convenience.

Refunds
Once we receive confirmation of returned goods, a refund will be made back to the original payment method used within 3 working days.  Once a refund has been initiated, please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to show in your account.

Delivery charges
We are happy to refund delivery charges where goods are found to be faulty, damaged or received in error.  Regrettably we cannot refund delivery charges for unwanted goods.
