Payment

[K]ubi offer two payment services available through this website.  The first is by either credit or debit card of which we accept the following card types: Visa / Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Switch and Solo.  Unfortunately we are unable to accept Maestro cards at this time, however we hope to have this feature available in the next few months.  The second payment method is by PayPal.  If you have a PayPal account you can choose to pay using your existing account, if you do not have an existing account you will be asked to create one.  Our website will redirect you during the final checkout page to PayPal's own secure server, where you will be prompted to enter your details.  After you complete the PayPal checkout you will be securely returned to this website.  If you would like to pay using a Maestro card then please select to pay by PayPal and choose Maestro debit card payment when you are transfered to PayPal's secure server.

Anytime during checkout on www.kubi.co.uk you will notice a pad lock in the bottom of your web browser.  This pad lock shows that all data being transmitted to and from this website is encrypted.  You can click on the pad lock in your browser to confirm our encryption details and view more information regarding our site security.  You will also notice on various pages our GeoTrust logo, this confirms that the site you are viewing really is www.kubi.co.uk.


Delivery Service

Our aim at [K]ubi is to ship all 'in stock' items within 2 working days from receipt of your order.  The exception to this is for 'bespoke' items, for which a delivery time will be given prior to the order being taken. Orders within the UK and Irish Republic are all shipped by Royal Mail first class.  Our experience working with Royal Mail is that delivery is usually made within 2 working days, however we cannot guarantee this.  Overseas orders are also shipped by Royal Mail first class, however once the item has left the United Kingdom it becomes subject to delivery times by local delivery agents.  If you have not received a UK delivery within 7 working days, then please contact our sales team (see Contact Us page), please extend this to 14 days for all overseas orders.

Please note that all delivery times quoted are given to us in good faith and are not legally binding.

We advise you to check the contents of the order thoroughly when received. In the rare instance that goods are missing or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours.  This will ensure that a replacement can be dispatched to you straight away.  Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.


Delivery Charges

We at [K]ubi aim to operate probably the fairest postage charge system on the Internet.  Every item on this website is assigned an internal weight, measured in grams.  As you add items to your shopping basket, these weights are combined together.  You then pay your countries postage weight, as defined in the following tables, plus a single handling fee.  The handling fee is £1.50 for UK orders and £2.00 for the rest of the world.  Therefore if your order total weight was 300g and you lived in the UK your total postage cost would be £3.34. Please note that all prices shown in the tables which follow are quoted in Pounds Sterling.

Returns

If for any reason you do not wish to keep your items when received, you pay only for the cost of the return postage.  All returns must be accompanied by a valid returns authorisation number which you can receive by emailing our returns team (see Contact Us page).  We recommend that you send any goods back to us suitably packaged, using a recorded delivery service.  You should ensure that you have adequate insurance on the return of any goods, to cover in the eventuality of loss or damage.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure we receive goods back safely.

On receipt of your goods, a refund will usually be made back to your original payment card within 3 working days (typically quicker).

Unfortunately in the case of 'bespoke' items, we are unable to accept return products unless there is a proven manufacturing fault.
