Delivery Information

Delivery Times
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are processed on the same working day and are usually delivered within 1-3 working days (UK Mainland).  If you require an item urgently, next day or for a Saturday delivery then please contact us; additional charges may apply.  All delivery times quoted are estimates and based upon the best information available at the time.  Delivery times are frequently monitored and adjusted accordingly but unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Charges
Delivery to the UK mainland is entirely FREE of charge (with some exceptions) for all orders over £35.00.  For orders under the value of £35.00 there is a small order handling fee of £2.50.  Regrettably our FREE delivery offer does not apply to certain areas of the Scottish Highlands, Islands of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. If your order is subject to additional carriage charges, we will contact you before dispatch to take payment.

Security
Unfortunately we are unable to make deliveries to PO Box numbers, Hotel and Hospital room numbers and BFPO addresses.

Accepting Delivery
Deliveries take place between the hours of 8am and 6pm on working days only (Monday to Friday) unless special arrangements for a Saturday delivery are made in advance.  All deliveries without exception will require a signature. Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer timed deliveries, but this is something we are looking into and hope to bring this facility to our customers in the future.

If no one is home when delivery takes place, you will receive a card through your letter box with further information relating to the receipt of your goods.  In most cases you will be able to arrange for delivery to take place on an alternative date.  Unfortunately it is not possible at this stage to make any changes to the delivery address.  On occasions, especially during busy seasonal times, our couriers may elect to leave goods with a neighbour.  In this instance you will receive a card through your letter box, advising with whom the goods were left.

When delivery is made, please check your goods thoroughly for damage before signing.  If damage is present then please ensure that you sign for the package as damaged.  Damaged deliveries must also be reported to Kubi within 24 hours of signing, through our contact form here.

All items shown on our website as in stock are to the best of our knowledge, available either from our own stock or directly from one of our suppliers.
